In September 2019 we've started as general contractor for Hollister to build a new store in shopping mall Limbecker Platz Essen.

Two existing units were combined to one store, with a total sales area of 467 m2. We've installed a complete new HVAC and Electric system, including lighting, sprinkler, fire alarm, safety lighting and a new glass facade.

The shopfitting, including the production of cabinets, painting, installing of furniture was taken care by Viceroys.

Due to a very smooth cooperation with the local sub contractors and center management, we were able to finish this store in time!
